Steven T. Giorgione, CPA has been the sole shareholder of Steven T. Giorgione CPA, Ltd. since 1988. Prior to starting his own tax practice, Steve worked several years with Laventhol & Horwath CPA after an internship with Alexander Grant & Company CPA. Steve then worked at a local CPA firm in Las Vegas where he advanced to partner before leaving to start his own practice. Steve works with small to medium-sized companies in a wide range of industries and high net-worth individuals providing income tax and estate planning services in addition to business consulting services. Steve has a B.S. degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and is a licensed CPA in Nevada.

Eric A. Johnson, CPA has been with the firm since 2006 and has over 12 years of public accounting experience providing a wide array of tax services to a multitude of different client types and industries. Prior to relocating to Las Vegas in 2002 to join family, Eric was a tax manager at Pricewaterhouse Coopers LLP in Boston and Los Angeles, California. Eric earned a B.S. degree from Boston College and is a licensed CPA in Nevada. Eric has also served in Las Vegas as the director of finance for a local casino property and as director of finance for a private investment firm and its high net-worth individual owners.

Janet B. Mintz, CPA has also been with the firm since 2006 and has over 25 years of experience providing accounting, payroll and tax services. Prior to moving to Las Vegas in 1998, Janet spent 15 years as an industry accountant working as a controller, financial analyst, and assistant treasurer for small and medium sized companies in Atlanta, Georgia. Janet earned a B.S. degree from the University of Northern Iowa and an MBA from Regis University. Janet is a licensed CPA in Nevada and Georgia.
